A technical team from Xiaomi Air Conditioner Supply Chain visited Taizhou Tengkai Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tengkai Machinery") to conduct a supplier factory audit. The audit focused on the production processes and quality control systems of core copper connectors for air conditioners, including copper nuts, pipe fittings, distributors, check valves, tee pipes and other key components, marking that Tengkai Machinery has officially entered the core supply chain of Xiaomi's major home appliances.

As a leader in China's smart home appliance industry, Xiaomi has put forward higher requirements for reliability, precision and intelligent collaboration for upstream core component suppliers since launching its "Human-Car-Home Full Ecosystem" strategy in 2025. During the factory inspection, the Xiaomi team conducted an in-depth inspection of Tengkai Machinery's production workshops, testing laboratories and finished product warehouses. When selecting suppliers, Xiaomi values not only production capacity but also technical accumulation and quality control genes.
